Episode 2: Safety Theater

Safety Theater is when there are rule, regulation or policies in place that do not add value to safety, but are in place to give the perception of safety. Note: I get the Retro-reflective game and am not opposed to it, especially in traffic. It's just an example of one of those rules that is in place in most places that really doesn't add much in the terms of safety.
