The Safety Maniac was created to change the persona and stereotype of the everyday safetyman. Being a Safety Maniac is a mindset. It’s a no bullshit approach to earning respect while building trust with the workforce. The Safetyman*iac promotes leadership, mentorship and coaching. I’ve used this approach from day one in my safety career and it has seen results in the relationships I have built throughout the years in the field. It’s not a one size fits all approach, but its worked for me and it’s my hope it will help someone else.
